Hi, I’m Abby
My mission is to help busy people feel fitter, healthier and more confident in themselves.
I believe that a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t get in the way of life. Balance is key.
I’m an advocate for moving regularly and eating as well as you can, but that doesn’t mean you need to deprive yourself. Enjoy that pizza (I certainly do!) - but also, get out in the fresh air, exercise, lift weights and eat a balanced diet. This is what I can help you with.
I aim to provide an environment where people feel comfortable working out. Whether you’re new to fitness or have previous experience in the gym, I can give you guidance and that extra push to reach your goals.
Sessions take place at my private home gym studio in Cleveleys. It’s a space that is entirely yours for the duration of your session. We can work on a 1:1 basis, or you can bring a friend or partner along and train together.
I’ve always had a passion for fitness. My background is in athletics, where I competed at a National level in track and field, with a specialty in the 800m event. My passion for running led me to pursue a degree in Sports Science at university, following which I earned my qualification as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
